Ordering & packaging
After placing your order on this website, you will receive a confirmation and invoice by email.
Viaperspectief only delivers items after receiving payment.
Once payment has been received, the items will be sent to the address you provided, on business days.
All orders are packed with care by us. However, it may happen that your order is damaged during transport. In that case, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.
Shipping – What are the shipping costs?
Within the Netherlands, orders over €20 are shipped free of charge. For orders under €20, the shipping costs are €4.95 for letterbox mail (up to 2 kg) and €7.95 for packages (up to 10 kg) within the Netherlands, unless otherwise stated or agreed.
For Belgium, the shipping costs are €4.95 for packages up to 2 kg.
Shipping to Luxembourg, France, Spain, Italy, Austria, Germany, Denmark and England costs €9.95 for packages up to 2 kg.

Cancellation – Can I cancel my order?
You can change your order as long as you have not received an email confirming the shipment of your order. After shipment, you can no longer change your order.

Will I receive a confirmation after I have ordered?
Immediately after you have successfully completed your order, you will receive a confirmation automatically created by our system. Your order will then be processed, prepared for shipment and shipped to you. We will keep you informed of these steps by email. It may happen that you do not receive an email because spam filters are blocking your email. This may be on the servers of internet providers, but also in the ‘spam folder’ of your email account or the ‘spam folder’ of your email on your computer. If you cannot find an email after checking this, please send us a message. We will then arrange it for you.
When do I receive my order?
We aim to process and ship orders within 24 hours on working days, except in summer holidays. Depending on the shipping method, you will receive your package at home 1-3 days later.
How can I return my order?
You can return within 14 days. See this page for more information about this. This right of return does not apply if you have ordered and downloaded a digital product, even if this digital product is part of a physical product.
Order damaged, what now?
Damaged orders received are of course no fun. We always try to solve this for you as best as possible. Please contact us within 24 hours.
Refund & Returns
We do everything we can to deliver you a perfect product. If the ordered items do not meet your expectations, please do not hesitate to notify us via email. Viaperspectief will always try to solve any problems or complaints in consultation with you as best as possible.
You have the right to return the items delivered by Viaperspectief within 14 days of receipt. During the 14-day trial period, you should handle the items and packaging with care. You shall only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess whether you wish to keep the product.
The cooling-off period starts as soon as you receive the products.
If you wish to return the product(s), you must contact us through the contact page of this website.
The items can be returned within the 14-day trial period in the original packaging, including a copy of the relevant invoice. You are responsible for the payment of the related shipping costs. Prepaid or COD shipments are not allowed.
If the products are unused and undamaged and returned on time and correctly, Viaperspectief will refund the purchase amount excluding shipping costs within 2 weeks to your account.
When will I have access to the downloads?
If your payment has been received and your order has been approved by us, you can access the downloads. Downloading the ordered files means that you are putting your order into use. This will void your right of withdrawal.
Can I forward the downloads to someone else?
No that is not allowed. Distribution of the downloads in any form is not permitted. Use of the downloads is unlimited for you as a buyer and solely for your own use. Updates to downloads are available for up to 4 years after purchase, free of charge. You can find the downloads under ‘mijn account’. You can log in with the information you received during your purchase.
How do I find the downloads that come with the book?
The downloads are available to anyone who purchases the book ‘Communication skills for physiotherapists’.
Click on ‘Mijn account’ at the top of the menu on the website. Log in (you received this information after you purchased the book) and click on ‘Downloads’ on the left. The documents will now become visible on your screen and you can download.
