When placing an order, the customer agrees to the following Terms and Conditions.

Applicability

• All offers, orders, and agreements from Viaperspectief are subject to these general terms and conditions, unless Viaperspectief explicitly agrees to other terms in writing.
• You cannot derive any rights for future transactions from any deviations that may have been agreed upon.
• Accepting an offer and placing an order implies that you accept the applicability of these terms and conditions.

Prices

• All prices on our website are listed in Euros and include 6%, 9% or 21% VAT.
• Orders over € 20 are shipped free within the Netherlands. For orders under € 20, the shipping costs are € 4.95 for mailbox mail (up to 2 kg) and € 7.95 for packages (up to 10 kg) within the Netherlands unless otherwise stated. For Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Spain, Italy, Austria, Germany, Denmark, and England, the shipping costs are € 9.95 for packages up to 2 kg.

Ordering & Delivery

• After placing your order through the website, you will receive a confirmation and invoice by email.
• Viaperspectief delivers items only after receiving payment.
• After receiving payment, the items will be sent to the address you provided.
• Viaperspectief strives to ship in-stock ordered products within 3 business days after receiving the payment. Viaperspectief strives to ship out of stock products within 6 business days after receiving the payment.
• Viaperspectief is not liable for delays caused by postal or parcel services.
• Viaperspectief is not liable for any damage resulting from exceeding the announced delivery times.
• All orders are packed with care by us. However, it may happen that your order is damaged during transport. In this case, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.

Payment options

• The purchase and sale agreement is concluded at the moment you place an order and accept the general terms and conditions. As long as the receipt of this acceptance is not confirmed by e-mail, the customer can cancel the agreement.
• The amount due can be paid via iDeal (through Mollie), Bancontact (through Mollie), Apple Pay, or by bank transfer (through Mollie).

Complaints & Returns

• We do everything we can to deliver you a perfect product. If the ordered items do not meet your expectations, please do not hesitate to notify us via email. Viaperspectief will always try to solve any problems or complaints in consultation with you as best as possible.
• You have the right to return the items delivered by Viaperspectief within 14 days of receipt. During the 14-day trial period, you should handle the items and packaging with care. You shall only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess whether you wish to keep the product.
• The cooling-off period starts as soon as you receive the products.
• If you wish to return the product(s), you must contact us through the contact page of this website.
• The items can be returned within the 14-day trial period in the original packaging, including a copy of the relevant invoice. You are responsible for the payment of the related shipping costs. Prepaid or COD shipments are not allowed.
• If the products are unused and undamaged and returned on time and correctly, Viaperspectief will refund the purchase amount excluding shipping costs within 2 weeks to your account.

Guarantee

The products offered by Viaperspectief do what you, as a consumer, may reasonably expect.

Liability

• Viaperspectief accepts no liability for any damage resulting from the use of Viaperspectief’s products.
• The liability of Viaperspectief is always limited to a maximum of the purchase price of the relevant article.

Privacy

• Viaperspectief respects the privacy of all users of its site and ensures that the personal information you provide us is treated confidentially. Your personal data is used for processing the order and accessing the online environment. You can read more about how Viaperspectief handles your data in our privacy policy.
• The data will never be made available to third parties, unless they are involved in executing your order.
• Of course, you can request to have your data removed from our system. However, you will lose access to the downloads since a username and password are required for this.
